Erie Canal Wednesday What a great day to be on the Erie Canal. We started off in little falls and rode to Amsterdam. I enjoyed looking at signs today and was pleased to see a cow, horse and buggy, tractor and bicycle sign. We didn’t have any events so we were on our own to enjoy the sights at a leisurely pace. Erie Canal day 8 Yesterday we enjoyed a great day off. The Hamlin’s went home for the day and the Robinson’s stayed with Jivi and Sue Govender in Camillus. Today was a warm day about 80 degrees. We cycled from Camillus to Canastota – 30.5 miles. Doug had a flat tire a few miles before we finished. We finally caught a train going by and Pam’s friend Sandy joined us. We rode over the aqueducts

Day 6 – 140 miles in to Journey! Yesterday, we bicycled from Fairport to Clyde.
