Jonathan Doherty and Randy Bower are wonderful examples of how advocacy and empowerment can build community development and a long-term friendship. A true testament to the spirit of Orleans County and Western New York. For nearly 8 years, we have gotten to know the good people of Orleans County on our hand cycle trip across New York State. There is no better example of the empowerment of individuals with disabilities that we can share.
