About the role | Part-time Video Editor

• The video editor will:
  • assist with video projects that will appear in a variety of channels
  • create content that aligns with company culture and branding
  • participate in all stages of production

Roles/Responsibilities

• edit videos using multiple programs
• design graphics
• color correct, sound design, audio mix and export media
• operate camera
• collaborate with other team members
• create outlines and storyboards
• meet deadlines

Knowledge/Skills preferred:

• Experience with software like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
• Prior experience in shooting videos and content creation and editing would be preferred
• Strong creative ability
• Experience translating script and mood boards to video edits.
• Expert knowledge of different video specs and formats.
• Has online video publishing and file transfer expertise.
• Organized and process driven in a high volume fast paced environment

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Good communication skills
