Summary

Serves as a visionary leader for the strategic direction of the agency. Responsible for leading all functions and activities of the organization in accordance with required regulations, established policy, procedures and budgets. Works closely with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to assure programmatic and financial outcomes are achieved and demonstrate substantial impact in advancing Starbridge’s mission. The President/CEO role reports to the Board of Directors.

About Starbridge
Starbridge Services, Inc., a member of the Al Sigl Community of Agencies, is an independent nonprofit serving more than 11,000 people each year. Most of our services focus on the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes regions of New York, while our Parent Center serves all of upstate New York. We partner with individuals with disabilities and their families to achieve success in education, employment, and healthy living.
Starbridge was formed in 2015 by the merger of two legacy disability services nonprofits, The Advocacy Center and LDA Life and Learning Services. Both legacy agencies were founded by family members to improve opportunities for children and adults with disabilities.
