Summary

Our Ability, leader Employment of People with Disabilities, is seeking to add a Sales Representative to our team to increase support of our network of companies that recognize the benefits of an inclusive workforce. Main Function: Increase contract and product sales of our network of businesses that participate in the Sales Outreach Program

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Outreach to businesses in the Sales Outreach Program (SOP) to:
  • Become familiar with products, services, and preferred sales approach
  • Identify/Obtain sales leads
  • Set sales goals
  • Conduct timely, professional follow-up activities on all leads
  • Logs all contacts
  • Provides regular feedback to the SOP member

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated inside sales success (1-3 years)
• Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently, from home available.
